Haven’t run with them yet. (also got to ride bike when chilly) Tried them on and seemed to feel and fit pretty good. I’m about 5′10″ and 165 and the medium was the right size.

Very warm in the winter once you get started, Med was perfect on me (5'10" 170 lbs).

I like these tights. I have owned many tights and these are really nice. They are warm outdoors and not too hot while in the gym.

A few issues – It doesn’t state anywhere in the description that these are mens tights. I would have ordered a size smaller if I knew. Also, the reflective designs on each leg began to peel off after the first wear! I was shocked. So after about the third time I wore them I just peeled the rest off. I was fairly dissapointed with these tights and with amazon for the poor description. I will not be buying this brand of tights again.

I purchased these after a minor hamstring pull playing ultimate frisbee...over the last month they have made a real difference to my play in cold weather sports (running, ultimate frisbee and cycling). I used to think that they were just about looks but am now a convert to these tights.

There have even been some cool studies about these kind of running wear...
